BMEGateway physicians utilize our digital dictation system immediately following the evaluation and dictate their results telephonically. An in-house transcription team processes the report immediately after the physician dictates, giving our clients instant access to the medical evaluation.

Digital Dictation Services

All BMEGateway physicians dictate the results of their exam into our digital dictation system from any remote location. This gives us immediate access to the report, and also allows us to provide our clients with a quick turnaround.

In-House Transcription

Our in-house transcription department transcribes reports immediately after they are dictated by way of BMEGateway’s digital dictation system. This allows us to provide our clients with same day or next day faxes or e-mails of reports.

No-Show Detection

BMEGateway institutes a no-show detection system. This system has effectively reduced the amount of no-shows and produced tremendous savings for our clients. We have the lowest no-show rate in the industry.

'Access' Service

This unique service allows our clients to listen to the doctor’s actual dictation over the telephone after the exam is completed and has been dictated. Clients are assigned a PIN #, after which they can request the ‘Access’ service along with an IME. Results are confidential and instant.
